NBA playoffs ratings plunge 48%

Yep and that's the main reason why NFL does good ratings. There is only 16 games in the whole season and basically comes on 1 day. The other is gambling. It has nothing to do with how competitive teams are or not........

Exactly.. Sunday is an event..

Shit people actually complain about the NFL's weekday games (apart from MNF of course)

both conference championships came down to one possession...its easier to develop a championship team in the NFL with out superstar players there was a statistic that said every season they are a number of teams who make the playoffs that didn't the year before 32 teams only 12 playoff spots NBA has 30 teams 16 make it.....which IMO is dumb...and now 1st round is 7 games really?...there is more parity in the NFL...look at the browns 3 years ago to now and there Superbowl odds....competitiveness brings more eyes bro

Read the article little girl. Thats the 4th highest for ESPN. But last years Western Conference Finals set all time records for the league. This years ratings are down from that. This whole thread is about people being disastified with a lackluster product. Now youre doing that fag Adam Silver routine of where you tell us syrup on shit make them pancakes and everything is OK even though shit sucks. :smh: :smh:

No ones getting up to watch a Dubs Final without LeBron. The ratings are gonna be garbage. This whole thread is people letting you know we dont care. It doesnt mean nothing.
You are a dumb faggot. Your initial post, that I responded to, was saying no one is watching GS who has a superstar player. Then I post and prove that was a lie. And you come back the above post. And in that above post u state last years western conference finals set all time records :hmm:so how can it set records if no one is watching GS :hmm:you just a double talking bitch:hithead:.....

No it doesn't. The NFL is fueled by gambling and the amount of games period. The competitive balance is fools gold. And it doesn't exist. If you go back and look at it, it's the same teams that go to the playoffs and win every year; outside of maybe 1 or 2 exceptions......

amount of games...playoff spots and competitive balance...even with all the protest and outside drama NFL ratings went up wonder why...gambling helps not discrediting you but the same team doesn't make the superbowl other than the Pats and they aren't even guarantee to win...Falcons Seattle could have ended differently...look at what the Eagles did competitive balance even if they get there its not like the Warriors who will run through almost any team in the east right now....Bron beating them was great IMO for the sport

The Warriors Western Conference ratings were down drastically from last year thats why your tweets make no mention of it. The Warriors Finals ratings will be their lowest in 5 years. Not even the Warriors can save the advertisers. Nobodys watching, nobody cares. Its why the Lakers off season is still the #1 story in the NBA today in the media and on BGOL.
You're right, nobody's watching and nobody cares. The other night, my roommate and his girl and me are my girl were watching All-american instead. That's a really good series

In between episodes, I asked his girl, since she had the remote to check the score and after searching for five seconds we gave up and watched the next episode. That's how much we give a fuck about the NBA playoffs

Gotta admit the Bucks v Raptors is putting me asleep.
Not to mention with me I'm on the east coast. I got shit to do in the morning. The 9 or 9:30 start times don't work for me. I'd rather check the score if I wake up in the middle of the night or just watch Sportscenter than force myself to stay awake
