Unless Kobe put up a historic season no way he's getting MVP as a 7th seed. Nash led his team to a 2 seed and the conference finals. Scoring a bunch of points and losing is easy. Even Wilt said that aint shit. Now when Kobe got his team to #1 seed in 08 what happened?

how did nash lead his team when he was like the 3rd or 4 highest scorer on his team?? he def didn't lead in rebs, blocks or stls.. he had some assist that is all so once again how did he lead his team??? did stockton lead the jazz to the finals twice??? why wasn't he given the mvp over malone or ever consider mvp when he had similar stats to nash and even better stats previous yrs???..didn't he make his teammates better??

Nash led the league in assists and free throw percentage that year. He almost shot better from 3 (44%) than Kobe did from anywhere on the floor(45%). Nashs FG% was 51%, something Kobe never did (shoot over 50%). If Kobe wouldve got the Lakers to a 4 seed or higher an argument can be made. But volume shooting alone dont make you MVP, especially barely playing .500 ball.
