Super glad that I found this thread. I bought this game for my son for the Xbox 360, but the players like Durant, Carmelo, and a lot of the big name players won't show up. We have tried Rookie mode, Pro mode and I have no idea how to get them. ny suggestions?

Yeah as he said above sports games have living rosters. So if someone is injured in real life then there injured in the game also.

The only way around it is to try the 2K share where users upload rosters to use.

2K resets the rosters about a week after the NBA finals end so you're probably gonna have to wait until June.

Damn I was checking out players 3pt rating and every players 3pt shot has dropped a whole letter grade. If they were a B+ they are now a C. Monte Ellis has a D+ and the Rockets whole team except for Harden, Terry & Ariza had a D+ or below. I'm not the type of player who jacks up 3's but damn.

This year, the ratings change during the season based on 'player performance'.
If someone starts the season with a B+... they could finish with a C... depending on how well they do, overall.

It's always been like that. But they literally changed everyone's grade except for the players who are specialists. That's a bad move since it's hard as hell to get a perfect release and people busting out the 2-3 zone.

Go to rosters. If there should be a roster that says no injuries. Download that roster and play with your son.

Does anybody in here play My Team? I started playing it for the first time in the series. I wan't to know what is the preset difficulty 1V1. The shit must be on Allstar or even Pro. Bums are just jackin up 3's al game and the defense sucks.

For those that don't know. 2K updated the rosters. All players on none playoff teams we're made active. I.E. Durant, Kobe, Bosh. Glad 2K finally did this instead of waiting until after the season.

I got up to the round where there are no restrictions on lineups and everyone has hall of fame lineups. I have some gold and a bunch of silver players. What's a fast easy way to get rare cards?

I started about two months ago playing it. I don't care for the mode. The difficulty most be on Pro or All-star because some bum was just raining 3's more than head to head play. I made it into the 3rd round in the road to the playoffs while only having a few decent players. So I got matched up with someone with a stacked team of gold players. I said fuck that mode.

Play Domination mode first to accumulate cards and collateral. If you don't want to spend money on vc, then use all your mt points to first buy a good center and power forward relative to your rttp rank then as you progress you want to start doing the easy challenges to accumulate more mt. you can gain the most mt in games by using post players, and working the ball inside out. make 1 3pt but dont shoot if you made it same for free throws. You max mt and can get over 800-1000 mt per 6 min game.

in 2k13 I could just resign as the coach of one team then choose another but I don't see that option in myleague this year
