I hear cats in here talking about copyrighting their name...and as far as I can remember that is impossible...you can trademark your name however...last I remember the process cost around $350...and it can take a couple years to clear...to copyright something is about $30 but again from what I can remember you can not copyright the name of something...
you can copyright and trademark ur name if its all caps because thats the corporation, not the real person. you cannot open a burger joint and call it MC DONALDS because they own the name.Leroy Soup = real person....LEROY SOUP=artifical person,strawman,corporation. corporations(artifical entity) cant do business with a real entity,Leroy Soup, so they create a fake YOU, LEROY SOUP, and now u can be a slave. getting control of ur name is only one of the steps u need to take. it wont be easy .
I understand the concept between the lower case and uppercase...but again I don't remember people being able to copyright a name regardless...I am pretty sure about that...you can trademark a name not copyright it...

All CAPS, Upper Case, lower case it doesn't matter, once you have a Social Security Number you are owned by the Foreign Banks. There is no Real Money in the United States, we use a Fiat Currency not Money. The FED(Federal Reserve Bank has the real money. The US Government went Bankrupt on March 9th 1933 and borrowed Money(Gold and Silver) from the Foreign Banks.In order to receive the loan the US Government had to give them Colleterals. The only Assets that the US Government had was it's Citizens. Once you have a Social Security Number you are owned by the Foreign Banks. Wherever you go they can track their Property which is you the US citizen or Resident Alien.
I am a Moor and have been sovereign for 6 years. There are two of you. Your corporate name was given to you when your parents signed you over to the government by getting you a social security number. The United States of America is a corporation and by natural law, can only deal with corporations. The all caps designation is used to distinguish between the two persons. Thats why everything pertaining to corporations of government owned corporations are in all caps. This is also why you should never try to argue your case in court. You will always lose because the courts are banks set up to deal with corporations and assign fees. There are remedies for natural persons to fix problems. This is why most contracts have a three day grace period in which you can change your mind or remedy the contract. I copyrighted both my real name and my strawman or all caps name. Its not free but should cost less than $175 in most states. Once you've copyrighted your name, you can prevent anybody, even the courts, from using your name in ways that are harmful to you. Do your research and learn. BTW, income taxes are for corporate entities not real persons. I haven't paid taxes in 6 years and the IRS is fully aware and in agreement.
I normally don,t do this because, as a researcher, I like for people to stop being lazy and do their own research. However, this topic comes up frequently so I am adding a link to a website that will give you the complete scoop on sovereignty. It quite extensive and will take you about a month to fully learn the process. Once you've read it once, go over it again.

I am well aware of this information. My name is already copyrighted. I also have contracts and notices to warn people that my name is indeed copyrighted.
One of my associates also has his name copyrighted. An attorney contacted him in writing. He put the attorney on notice, but teh attorney did not heed the warning. Shit, on the copyright notice document it even says to get an attorney if you're not sure about what you're reading.
To make a long story short, the attorney continued to write my associate in blatant disregard to the part of the notice that would have allowed the attorney to opt out.
My associate sent the attorney a bill for $500K. That's what you pay each and every time you use his name without permission. The attorney stopped writing, but it was too late.
My associate now has a legal lien on this attorney for a half a million dollars or more. The attorney has been trying to hide to no avail.
The next step will be to garnish the attorney's personal bank accounts. Shit is no joke.

If you tell the court the judge or a lawyer that the name in capital letters is not you. That your not a CORP(S)ORATION and that your a live american citizen. What exactly is that going to accomplish?
How is changing my name from all caps to lower case going to make a difference if i get it changed on my license or Social Security Card. You'll still have those red numbers on the back that tells the banks that your product # such and such.

id like to see some of the kats who know about this or have done this cite some case law or post some records - redacted if necessary showing the real application of this because fuck the rules might makes right and some of the potential battles that youd be faced with are not winnable in my opinion

*Update*
My associate wound up suing the attorney who used his name without permission.
My associate's case got thrown out of court, but the Judge never said that the case had no merit, the case got thrown out on an unrelated technicality (I forgot what it was, and I have to dig for a copy of the Judge's order).
I believe that the Judge knew the attorney since the attorney practiced in the same county, so the Judge seems to have given the attorney a pass.
As to whether or not the whole name copyright thing is legit or not? Hard to say...but to those not in the know, it can work as an excellent intimidation method and/or deterrent.
Personally? From experience? I think the whole thing is bogus.
