What do you expect to be done? Cacs know they can get away with it. Sentence could have been commuted years ago, but it wasn't. Attorney general could probably run for president in 20 years and get black support, so why do the right thing? :smh:

I was trying to figure out how he was on deathrow after a 10-2 jury verdict and found this:

Of the 29 U.S. states with the death penalty, 27 require the sentence to be decided by a jury, and 26 of them require a unanimous sentence.

The only state which does not require a unanimous jury decision is Alabama. In Alabama, at least 10 jurors must concur. A retrial happens if the jury deadlocks.

I completely agree. It's just that it's a little late. Cat was chewing on his last meal when you posted this.

My point is they feel completely comfortable doing this. He had plenty of time to be commuted, but wasn't. As you said, he didn't pull the trigger OR order the hit, so why get executed? Folks had the paperwork, but did nothing.

Just frustrated is all. Ain't coming at you man. Just sick of pigs and this system in general. They continue to get away with shit and the system backs them. It's just a sickening feeling. :angry:

Good,they know a lot of them brothers didn't do the crime it was a thing where they tossed out a wide net and caught a few brothers knowing the odds were stacked against them.

I listened to Joe Madison this morning. He was urging people to call the Governor.

Obviously that didn’t work, but I hope that the Black Man can get justice.
 
Most states have laws that you don't have to be the shooter if you are an accomplish.

There have been cashes where police have shot and killed one perp and the other perp gets charged with murder.

The law is fucked up because even if you don't know the person you with intends to commit a crime you still fuucked.

Matter of fact this is why OJ got 9 years for trying to reclaim his own stolen shit.Because somebody he brought with him had a gun...No gun no jail time and although the only person there that said OJ knew of the gun was the mofokr who had it . He said OJ knew so OJ fif 9 years and because he said that he did no time

they do this and passed these laws so they don't have to prove who actually did the killing. Just blame everybody

and a jury full of white people ain't gonna care anyway when its police that got killed
