On a side note, my favorite science fiction is humanity facing extinction after a catastrophic event. That's when human aren't allowed to be stupid fucks. Everyone has to make a good logical decision to further their own live or they die. Also, the struggle between people who try to keep their humanity vs those who readily descend to savagery.

On another note, The Road is a good book. The movie sucks but the book is good. What would you do for food if all the vegetation died and no animal life except for human exist? The book seems like a reasonable portrayal of that situation.
 
That's cool. I ain't worried bout that either way. I am cool with God and have found my own personal peace. To many people focusing on unimportant other nigga shit for my to get caught up with that. I just live for today now, hope for better tomorrows and look past all the crap people think is worth something, unless it needs to be addressed. :cool::cool::cool:
 
There's nothing wrong with focusing on the practical, but as some of these threads on the Politics board implies, there are some abstract issues like bankers running the country and presidents killing Americans on a whim that needs to be addressed for your children's sake.

Americans kill each other on a whim sometimes. A dude going around broadcasting threats to kill people SHOULD be taken seriously. Or maybe we can just wait to see if he is serious then talk about what the president should have done about it... like hurricane Kitrina.

Going in fuck the reprecusions,

I heard the story about President Obama using drones to find and kill the guy who went on youtube talking about killing people. I'm not sure if that guy was a Muslim but the definition of his actions is TERRORISM. Maybe he was just expressing his RIGHT to FREE SPEECH on youtube, but who really wants to rerisk THAT..., appearantly, not Obama. Now he may be taking that vow to stamp out terrorism once and for all a little too serious, but I DON'T THINK SO. Terrorism by Americans, on Americans is repulsive and the opposite of inspiring. I HOPE the AUDACITY of the level he went to, to protect AMERICA, has a WORLDWIDE trickle down EFFECT. Uno doses!!!
