Re: Nas Where are they now remix feat. Das Efx, Monie Love, Father MC, LOTU, rob Base

Brings a tear to my eye. I miss this shit. And i miss the posse cut (only one per album) that used to set it off. This is one of my most listened to songs on that album. I was a fun of all of them and can remember a video from each. Hiphop never dies.

Nas -that's Why You're The Best In The Biz

oh my gosh oh my gosh oh my gosh.

I've listen to this shit all night at work. I wish it was longer! I really can't see how the Big Daddy Kane wasn't on there. This shit would've been right up his ally. Where was Mc Lyte at? Kid and Play? Regardless this track is FUEGO!!!!! FIRE! FLAMES! NUCLEAR! HA HA HA. The good old days! These guys just flowing. I know they got to be thinking they could still make money in the game if HIP HOP wasn't dead. NAS is a beast for doing this! :yes:

That was the 90's remix Here is the 80's remix http://www.zshare.net/audio/nas-where_are_they_now_80s_remix-mp3.html

Nas is just amazing, these are two of the best tracks of the year. He is one of the only mainstream Artist that always pays homage to the past greats. Can you imagine the smile on all these legendary artists faces when they got the call to be on this track? Nas will always be in my top 3 all-time MC's right up there with Krs-One and Rakim.

If this is the 90's remix is there going to be a 80's? or West Coast mix?
I hope so much props

LOL!
That's a Huge list
MC Trouble, kat from gravediggaz, HalfAMil, E $ Bags, Cowboy, Proof, MarlonBrando and scores others
He's about to go into SeanP's realm, naming all the dead influences on the music like he did (in a freestyle off of MonkeyBars, I think) for the 60s and 70s tho :hmm: ;
plus he pulled the coke card on a few of them on that slow song on the album so we'll see how that pans out
