I don’t know if your not going to send over the articles why rush impeachment. The democrats could of went to the Supreme Court, remember Nixon and Clinton trials took over 2 years worth of investigations calling witnesses and they also had a independent prosecutor.

This impeachment is only 12 weeks. Quickest in American history.

You need 2/3 of all senators PRESENT. If the GOP wanted to, half of them could suddenly disappear when it's time to vote to avoid voting against the president.

This needed to be done now because the election he is trying to rig will take place before anything winds it way through court.
