The level of animosity and just plain bigotry towards Africans..specifically Nigerians. Just a lot of disdain and willful ignorance. Took me by surprise.
^^I'm not in the business of advising grown women as to what they should and shouldn't do, but I will say that there is good and bad in everyone.
If you maintain your wits and pay attention to what a cat is saying regardless of weather he's Nigerian/African or whatever, you'll enjoy life a lot more and just generally have a good time learning new things about other peoples culture.
My experience of African-American women is that many of you are incredibly focused and ambitious individuals who've had to fight every step of the way to get to where y'all are mostly without the support or recognition that should have gone along with such a positive work ethic.
I find that incredibly sexy and inspiring to say the least.

first of all da don is so stupid..i think he is misssing one or two chromosomes ...i am in med school and from african origins..and have at least 20-30 friends who r doctors or doing their residencies..they might end up saving his bigotry ass when he is sick..furthermore, thanks majestik for exposing bigots..and to th OP..if u were looking to date a man and viewed him based on his roots, u shouldnt waste his time cuz he deserves far better than you..going back to the hospital..

I believe so much of the bad blood here is borne out of ignorance
1 in 4 Africans is a Nigerian (Nigerians in the African continent are approx 150million)
1 in 5 blacks in the world are Nigerian

BTW if you are African -American or Carribean , you probably have West African roots and are probably either Ghanaian or Nigerian ancestry. Because slave trade was with only Western Africa.
Is Nigeria a corrupt country? Of course.
But they are also among the most educated black people everywhere including here in America. According to the UNDP back in the 90's there are about 20,000 Nigerian medical doctors in the States.
Before 419, Nigeria led the Apartheid struggle and paid the entire bills of the ANC. They also were considered the beacon of light for the Entire black race
If the military in Nigeria damaged the country for our black brothers in Africa, blacks whould be asking "How can we restore her to her pride and position". Not spit on her.

Is Nigeria any more corrupt than Wall Streets 419 scams? Or "Ponzi scams" for the "sophisticated" crooks.

Some African men can be ass holes when they want to be leaving the decent ones to be tarred with their brush which ain't fair but that's what happens. There are those who know how to eally make a woman feel like a woman. " In every house there is a White Sheep who spoils it for everyone".
