Olajuwon was not underrated. He is universally rated as a top 15 even top 10 player all time. He is a top 5 center all time behind Kareem,Russell,Shaq and Wilt. Hes far from underrated

Most underated player is the late great Moses Malone. He a legit 3x MVP and a top 15 player all time in my book. But u never hear him mentioned at all among the greats.
