u know, to me there wasn't really any good R&B albums that came out this year. I'm still listening to John Legend's Once Again cd from last year, to me that was the last good R&B album from start to finish

It says that physical appearance, nationality and race have nothing to do with talent or the ability to make GREAT "retro-soul/R&B" albums.
(BTW, her album didn't get nominated for a Grammy in the R&B category, just overall "Album of the Year" and "Pop Vocal Album of the Year." So the R&B category remained pure, free of "whiteness.")

This album is not good representation of Ledisi and her music. It is too R&B and less jazz vocal. Lost & Found is at its best average. Try her albums SoulSinger and Feeling Orange But Sometimes Blue for great music.
Don't sleep on them. Those little boys have a couple of real sexy songs. And whoever said Angie Stone's CD was good was right! All of her CDs are good.
Keyshia COle is the shit!! Her voice is wonderful. She can only get better (just like MJB)

Im sorry but R&B is wack now. Its Urban POP. None of these chicks Could Hold a Candle to Chaka kahn, or patty Labelle. So untill these chicks step their game up for an entire CD, not just 2 or 3 tracks.........ima be downloading for free.
