I use Upwork.com

They have a better selection of freelancers than, Fivver. IMO.

I am currently using three artists from there and they all have their own styles.
Go there and check them out.​

Yes. A different ISBN number every time.

KDP gives you free ISBN numbers,
BUT you will only be able to sell your books on Amazon ONLY if you choose to go that route.​
