Angie had played it when Diddy and Big were at the studio coincidentally. Biggie heard it and jumped on the airwaves and said, “Yo Primo, call me ASAP!” Primo was driving in his car when he heard Biggies request on air and the rest was history.

Imagine if Angie or Jeru said no at the time.. that track could’ve been on something other than what we know.
