Music PASS/FAIL: Method Man Quits Social Media After Photo of His Wife Leaks

This reads like you don't have any respect for a relationship or privacy.

Listen, Method Man been rapping on a national stage for how long? Since he was how old? Imagine if the only thing REAL in your life, one of the VERY FEW things that bring you PEACE is threatened with/by outside forces.

Let the man breathe is all I'm saying. Relationships are hard enough as it is without outside people/influences jeopardizing them.

Sometimes a man's family, kids, & wife is all the peace he has in the world.

Bro....I understand EXACTLY what you saying. I'm not even arguing against your stance. In a perfect world we'd all be rich. In a perfect world we'd have cures for Cancer. I'm with you how it SHOULD be and how I wish it was. I wish it was like that for these people. But its not and never has been. There's no code out here.

I'm arguing that's just not reality lol. I have respect for Meth and his privacy. I wish he could have it. But he doesn't and he never will. To be honest, he's had it pretty good because i've never seen his family or wife. Not that I have been wanting to because i'm a fan of the artist but he's had pretty good career of keeping his privacy. Its when he does shit like this that puts eyes on him. Like who on here really seen that pic of his wife until he made a big Twitter post about it? He did this with Wendy too.

"In a perfect world?"
Bruh you design the world you want to live in, even if only a little bit.

The media and society only has as much control over your life & the world we live in as you allow them to have.

It is what we make it, and you giving the media a pass in this instance. Your finding fault with Method for wanting what he deserves and what he works for!

The fault is with those that have no regard for other human beings.

F-ck all you face book junkies and is instagram hoes if you need further clarification on this. Man wants his family life private case closed. Man I hate this new generation. I hate Facebook fake ass only going out so they can post a pic. Smh!
:itsawrap:

Says who? You or are you speaking how it should be? Because I would agree with that but in 2016? Or hell even in the 90's or 80's? You become a celebrity talent and all and you basically surrendering your privacy. People like the Kardahsians and TIP understand that so they decide to go ahead and make money off it as opposed to having the media simply profit off of it.

Tip and the Kardashians are attention whores. Meth has always been private with his wife and is over protective because she's had cancer added stress can make shit worse or make beating that shit a lot harder.

I agree they are attention whores but I feel like In TIP case it was either be a victim of letting your family be whored out by the media or try and control the narrative and profit off of it.

Y'all arguing for Meth. I'm on Meth side I just think Meth being naive here. And BGOL is too because I done seen cats on here post dudes addresses and pics of posters family lol..... Y'all think the media won't do the same for celebs? Y'all have more faith in them then I do.

Method Man Became a New, Uh, Man After Acting in The Cobbler
By Anne Victoria Clark@annevclark

You might remember 2015’s The Cobbler as being the fantastical tale of a shoe repair man who gains the ability to become anyone he wants by putting on their shoes, or as No. 41 on our Adam Sandler movie ranking. But for Method Man, this film means something very different. He joined Mary J. Blige and 50 Cent at this year’s all virtual Vulture Festival to discuss how the three legends of hip-hop found themselves transitioning into acting, with Blige and Method Man now starring in Power Book II: Ghost on Starz.
Method Man discussed playing Leon Ludlow, the first person whose metaphorical (and literal) shoes the titular cobbler steps into. And it was during this performance that the film’s writer-director Tom McCarthy finally broke the craft of acting down for him. “Nobody ever took the time out to explain to me what acting really is,” he said. “Or to speak the language that I speak so that I could understand what they mean, and Tom spoke that language.” He continued to describe what seems to have been a real Neo-sees-The-Matrix moment for him, “It’s like when you finally learned how to play Mortal Combat, and you bring all the moves out.” So there you have it, The Cobbler was the moment when Method Man stopped just mashing the buttons of his Sega Genesis controller of acting and started learning how to do fatalities purposefully and with gusto.

Get your tickets to Vulture Festival here to see the full event, catch upcoming events as they air, and re-watch ones you’ve missed, all week long!
