Brooklyn Borough President Eric Adams has issued a proclamation that the notorious B.K.N.Y. will honor rap legend Biggie Smalls by decreeing May 21 "Christopher 'The Notorious B.I.G.' Wallace Day." Former Junior M.A.F.I.A. rapper Lil Cease and Biggie’s daughter Ty’anna Wallace attended the ceremony that took place at Brooklyn’s Borough Hall on May 20. Biggie, who died in 1997, would have been 44 today. Now celebrate by kicking in the door.
