LYRICALLY and OVERALL production Takeover is better (you can't argue that really) but in the streets in peoples hearts and minds Ether is better....more guttural, visceral and emotional.

Word. I guess it depends on what you look for in lyrics. Nas is definitely more descriptive, poetic and touches on more subjects but Prodigy was just so cold-blooded with the shit he was saying at the time.

Nas is basically an underground mc that happened to achieve mainstream success. Whenever he attempts to make something pop. More times than not he fails miserably
