damn mr ceo u aint fucking around... now yall force me to look into the joomala hype.. is it the real thing or not

my beef about templates is lack of knowledge on my behalf... I hate to use something that cant be adjust to my spec or the client's spec u know?

does anybody know how youtube became a success story? i mean how the hell do ya pay for bandwidth for a zillion mofo who is uploading shyt(especially movies) to ya site???
 
OK, here is my thing now. I am getting back into web design and development. Been out for a long time I see that there are some interesting programs poppin out, but I need some direction. Trying to do some things along the lines of site building-which program, hosting-program and any other thing that us black folks can do to help more of our people out in getting an upper hand on some things and an outlet. Can I get a little assist on this one?

What are your skills? For example: JavaScript, PHP, MySQL is a my personal core skill set but there are numerous other combos.
