The new one should be called "Bye Felecia, almost everybody is dead!"
Unless he brings back Chris Tucker then this one is going to be trash. All the main characters are dead from the last two movies except him and Mike Epps.
That would need him at this point because like @World B Free & @Andeyhollawho said everybody else is gone.

I didn't like next Friday or Friday after next so I'm not going to see the next one either. Mike Epps is not funny in my opinion
The first Friday was the defining comedy of blacks teens who grew up in the 90s.
The torch was passed from House Party to Friday. It was good to see a regular black film with regular black people.
....especially with all the violent hood movies that came out back then.
Just heard a great quote from a youtube creator..."Just because you are from the hood dont mean that you are from the streets."
That quote speaks to both House Party and Friday.
That quote right there speaks to me entirely. I grew up in the hood and I wasn't from the streets, and I'm glad people around me never allowed me to fake the funk and hang in the streets because that wasn't my aim and it would have ruined the trajectory of my life.
While I can appreciate Friday, and it's still funny because I've seen it recently, Friday after Next just stooped to that type of comedy I've never really been able to get into, I call it the 2000s version of Black slapstick. While Friday had a point and a purpose, it was clear that next Friday and Friday after next were Money grabs with no actual purpose
