does it seem slow to u for internet usage?

I find that every once in awhile it hangs on requests, but unsure if its the board... Opera on this is not a good browser for this. I tested it on streaming sites, it performed well.

This phone is too damn light... I have to get an otterbox before I slip and toss it. The manual is.on the phone, leave that bs instructional pamphlet on att and motorola didn't place one on the site. Speaker is great, haven't rooted it yet to use the mifi and thethering features yet.

The phone uses all contacts from gmail and other social sites and linked them to the numbers in the sim automatically with their profile picks.

i am more concerned about the phone has being intentionally crippled by att in the download speed department.

but i would like to know how it performs in real world use.

crippled? I really haven't experienced any slowdown... I guess since I upgraded from an iphone 3G, I couldn't tell any difference because the damn thing was slower than a turtle fuck.

The dealbreaker was that they leave my unlimited internet alone... I can't survive with 2GB on my line due to work and projects and this damn board.

The speed is decent, the coverage in this area is shoddy at best, but the thing hums.

One thing I wish they did was place the ports at the bottom of the device instead of on its side, if you are charging the phone, you have to hold it weird like due to the cords in your palm.

which brings us to battery life, turn off bluetooth, that ish kills the battery quick as hell for some reason. was able to get through a couple of P90x workouts without losing much life... internet usage does kill it quicker.

Been testing for a week, realized something about this now... I haven't touched my pc since I got the phone, I have watched every clip and maintained my presence on this board primarily from the phone.

The only issue I had was with the SD card I had from another phone, it was unable to read it [which was understandable], but when it was reformatted, the sd card dismounted itself periodically. I placed a brand new one in though, no problems.

How the F people use this swipe typing ish?? its irritating

Swype is a god send when you master it. I felt the same way at first but once I got it down I was a beast with the text and emails.

No docks yet, didn't want to fo full retard if it turned out to be garbage. The feel is good so far,

Yep, I've got one, had it about 3 days now. So far so good, does a little to much for me but better than the Iphone I had.

Aside from the docks... I think I'm feeling the Inspire 4g more than the Atrix.

i like this reviewers commentary. he left some things out but it was ok.

have had for a couple weeks now.... not feeling good about it so far... reception sucks... maybe its Dallas.... may take it back today and get the I4.... damn...I just need a phone that does not drop calls and I can clearly communicate with clients... Fuck an APP when its fucking with my ability to stack paper...

I've been loving mine so far. I too find that I surf the net on the phone now more so than on my laptop. I also have the laptopdock, but I don't use it very much at all.

Maybe i'll use it more after they send out an update. But sor far, I find that it performs comparable to a cheap netbook at best.

Just replaced my iphone 3G with an Atrix. This phone is simply amazing with the Gingerbread 2.3.4 update. Don't think I could ever go back to an iphone. Had it for about 4 days and I am still finding out new things about the phone .
