Word. Many black folks that I'm in the barber shop with don't know jack about politics. One brother the other day (at my barber shop) Asked me if what position was Obama running for? Seriously. My closest homegirl asked me was Hillary Clinton running as a democrat or a Republican. But both of these people believed that the government blew up the buildings and think Middle easterners are only mad at "white folks". One cat was talking about "Next time they attack I'm going to get in line and help out the terrorists". This is real shit I hear daily from black folks I'm around. People really need to stop empowering the government in ways that are unimaginable. They make white folks (the government) almost omnipotent in their reach, power and scope.
I'm not saying the US government doesn't lie to it's citizens (fuck look at the Lunar landing on the Moon, I know that shit never happened). But 911 was bound to happen eventually. Nostradamus even predicted the 3rd world war would come from the Middle East. Almost 99% of the worlds incursions involve jihadists in one form or another. Yet Black folks are quick to let a a dude with a rag over his head get off because they don't trust whitey.
I'm not letting America or Whitey off the hook for shit they have done in the past but I'm not stupid enough to believe that others hold no contempt for me just for living here.

Who said anything about trusting the government. I think alot of black folks think it's cool or hip to badmouth the government and have no real reason as to why they hate them other than the predictable reasons that everybody already knows about. I could give a fuck about the Feds, but I have my reasons and have read many books on their structure. Hello all, long time lurker, but I do read your posts and enjoy your views. This board is great for porn, but also has value in that you get a sampling of multiple opinions on a variety of subjects.
Having said that, I wanted to weigh in on Handssolo's commentary. Edward Abbey, an American naturalist once wrote "A patriot must always be ready to defend his country against his government." To that end, I choose to not believe any of the propaganda that spews forth from the idiot box every minute of every day non-stop. The America that once was, exists no longer. A clandestine government run by rich and powerful individuals has taken the place of our so-called democracy. This is nothing new, it's just that apathy and complacency are at an all-time high, and we are making it easier for the bad guys behind the scenes to get what they want.
There is a mountain of evidence that 9/11 was a false-flag attack perpetrated by our government against its people. Of course they are going to tell you that it was a rag-tag group of terrorists who hate us for our freedom (LOL). Of course they are going to blame it on other BROWN people who worship something other than Christianity. That shit works because the ignorant, mouth-breathing masses buy into that shit.
Anyone with a modicum of intelligence would question the ridiculous scenario proposed in the 9/11 report. I watch this show all the time and saw this episode last week. It was quite possibly the most irrelevant episode in this show's history. Mr. West and Mos Def had some good arguments but most of the time they didn’t make any sense. Cornell would try to make crazy sounding philosophical points but at the same time he’d lose the whole audience because he never stuck to the issue and used too many Akeelah the Bee words. Mos Def was even worst due to the fact he kept speaking in the same retarded voice he used on 16 BLOCKS. I used to have a lot of respect for both of these black men, but now… Iono

But on a serious note. What is really a true definition of a terrorist. Every country in this world is or was a terrorist. Germany with the Jews, The United States with all Blacks, Japanese with everyone, especially towards the Chinese.
