Its not about drinking water.
I live in Las Vegas with normal summer temperatures over 100 and maxing out at times at 115.
You can drink all the water you want, the human body can only take extreme heat for certain periods of time.
And depending on your skin color, hair and nose depends on how much heat you can take.
So basically pasty ass, straight hair, thin nose white folks cannot take extreme heat for a extended period of time. Their fair skin will burn from sunburn regardless of suntan lotion. Their thin hair, straight hair affects the temperature of their body unlike Black folks with tight, kinky heads. And their thin noses restrict the amount of air flow that allows the body to cool.
The darker the skin, the nappy the head and the big nose helps you in the heat. Look at the folks who live on the Planet Earth along the Equator and Tropic Zones.
And it’s the opposite in extreme cold. White folks can survive extreme cold longer than Black folks. It takes them longer to get frostbite than Black folks. Look at the people who live in Northern Climates like in Scandinavian countries in Europe (Finland, Sweden and Norway).
