1) Everything he wrote was in direct response to what was written in the original email. So "ignant" begets "ignant" i suppose.
2) Again, this may have started out about that but it absolutely devolved into petty bickering initiated by the email he responded to... So again, cant criticize one for that without criticizing the other.
3) If you dont think that initial email was pettty, unprofessional, and overly wordy bullshit, complete with less than perfect grammar and its own share of run on sentences then you are a bigger clown than both the niggas in question. Like i said, you're full of shit.

the points you are making are based on observation
they are things that only someone that has experience dealing with contentious negotiations or mediation would see or understand.

off the bat I see the tipping point is over the perceived disrespect / rudeness of a production assistant walking into Monique's trailer without knocking, or giving apology... (people in entertainment have been fired for less)

and after it was brought to the producer's attention, the ego kicked in, he defended his assistant, did what about isim or deflected into an attack about existing grievance, instead of confronting the issue at hand.

So from Monique's POV then on - all of the producer's missteps oversight or shortcomings from the beginning of production to present are now being viewed through a lens of intentional disrespect / unprofessional behavior

I can understand that.
I believe both sides on this one. I think Will was trying to do the right thing with her and she also kind of didn't appreciate it. I don't know if it was a kiss the ring situation but she had to know that people weren't trying to put her in movies.
It seemed like her husband is pimping to be honest. It also seems like he might have had some legit gripes but handled it wrong. The business they're in is closed and fragile and Will was offering an olive branch and it felt like they wanted a better one- ignoring it didn't need to be extended in the first place.
