the points you are making are based on observation
they are things that only someone that has experience dealing with contentious negotiations or mediation would see or understand.
off the bat I see the tipping point is over the perceived disrespect / rudeness of a production assistant walking into Monique's trailer without knocking, or giving apology... (people in entertainment have been fired for less)
and after it was brought to the producer's attention, the ego kicked in, he defended his assistant, did what about isim or deflected into an attack about existing grievance, instead of confronting the issue at hand.
So from Monique's POV then on - all of the producer's missteps oversight or shortcomings from the beginning of production to present are now being viewed through a lens of intentional disrespect / unprofessional behavior
