Just like Tavis Smiley, these companies are coming at you lawyered up at all times. With Monique, by offering two black and one Jewish female comedians a good deal, they were attempting to shield themselves from their discriminatory/conduct with Monique. They wanted to send a message and have prepared themselves against a discrimination lawsuit through these other comedian pawns.
With Tavis, they used Charlie Rose to get rid of him who was retirement age anyways. By firing him for the same thing, they were preparing for his eventual lawsuit battle. He can't claim he was singled out due to racial discrimination.
These companies are going three dimensional using various schemes and tactics that their lawyer devises.
Finally, the Breakfast Club is a corporate mainstream show. They are not taking knees or sticking their neck out for anyone in the black community.

That’s Monique’s side of the story. I’ve also followed the other sides from the various bloggers with the emails and other stuff. Truthfully I only watched the interview on the view because I thought Whoopi was going to come for her neck after her comments saying Whoopi wasn’t a real comedian and the other shit she said.
This is true. But judging from her breakfast club interview. I can see not wanting to work with her. And I'm sure she toned it down for that.
You have to speak up or these racial pedophiles will victimize other people. After further analysis, this is some bold Neo-nazi garbage for a global company that has customers around the world. Kap and Monique should not be mentioned in the same space. Kap never asked anyone to do anything, he had enough credibility with the people where they wanted to protest on his behalf. Mo asked people to boycott and folks wasn't buying it. Had she said 'I'm doing this because of XYZ" it might have been different, but she want YOU to do something while she does nothing. There is a difference.
