I bought 30 shares of WWE for $10.90 when it had a massive drop in 2014 on a whim when my boy Kevin was talking about the stock market. At it's highest it was $98/share. It's currently at $73.56. still much more than my initial investment

Bought my house in 2010 at the bottom of the housing crisis for $160k. It's now $246k and growing. It doesn't matter, I'm not selling, my neighbors house just sold for $242k and it's 500 sqft smaller than mine. If I sold I could probably get $260k
