But you do understand that to convict you need 12 out of 12? Ergo - reasonable doubt. You only need one to get a mistrial via a hung jury.

Are they saying it is normal procedure for a cop to handcuff somebody behind their back, lay them on their stomach and knee them on the neck?
One thing I have learned is to keep an accurate account of who is who.

And a person that has their blood flow cut off isn't going to have the presence of mind to say, "Hey, he's cutting off my blood supply..." In their minds, they're losing consciousness, they're panicking, so they will say the one thing that their oxygen deprived brain will register: that they can't breathe.
I guess unless you get lifted like Radio fuckin' Raheem you just had a bad day. Natural causes. And even if, even if that were the case, it still wouldn't make sense to stand on a dude's neck. So what the fuck?
And the fact that some people want to sit on their hands over this shit every time it happens... well, I can understand why some cities are burning right now. I wouldn't do it, but I get it.
