El-Sayed: "The first 3 things we have to do is end this war -- we need a war powers resolution that brings war-making capacity back to Congress -- number 2, ending this tariff regime & war against Canada, but number 3, stopping the nuclear bomb that's about to go off in our healthcare system with Medicaid cuts"

Love this guy. I hope they don't fuck him over on committee assignments.

Just look at it....

Damn, I was wrong again! I honestly thought we'd see Thomas and Alito step down, giving Trump the opportunity to replace them with two younger conservative justices before Democrats took control of the Senate. Apparently, neither has any intention of leaving anytime soon.

But here's the interesting part: Democrats now have an opportunity to block Trump's Supreme Court nominations. If either seat opens under a future Democratic president with a Democratic Senate, we could finally have a chance to put two younger, more liberal justices on the bench.

There are a lot of Supreme Court decisions that need to be revisited. That 6-3 conservative majority didn't happen overnight, and reversing its impact won't happen overnight either. But the opportunity to start changing the direction of the court may finally be within reach.

We need every race run moving forward

Very true and that what the SC Dem Chair Crystal was working on the past 2 years. Identifying candidates to run as Dems to prevent a supermajority on the state level and that shit worked.

Not sure how it is in other states, but in SC state reps is a part time job so you can't live off the amount you are paid which is why most of the repubs that run are business owners, retired folks, or rich folks. Hard to convience people to run, but she vetted folks and told them the resources will be there to help you win.....

We shocked the country and flipped a U.S Senate seat! We flipped a Congressional seat, and another going to an automatic recount. We flipped 10 SC State House seats, a Solicitor seat and so much more.
(Not to mention all the “nail bitters” all across the ballot!)

And we did all of that with limited national investment.

FYI - shout to Jaimie man...I still don't understand why this millionaire does what he does, but I get it....Dude just be dropping money in SC lol
