see where it says "create bootable rescue media", do that. it will burn the app to the cd. after that, come back to this screen and choose "back up my system". should take a little less than hour depending on how much space you have on your pc.

Man i swear im tempted to say fuck it and install this shit. I usually dont fuck with ripped OS tho. Just never know what a nigga did to it.
I just put together a quad core machine with 4 gb of ram (woulda got more but i got a 32 bit os) I really want the 64 version but man 200$ when its here for free!

I'm guessing you currently have Xp on this PC?
Very often, the "Unmountable Boot Volume" Error and the blue screen of death is the result of a corrupted BOOT.INI file, which is found in your boot drive. You can save your system (and precious data) using the Windows XP Recovery Console, which you can access using the Windows XP installation disk that came with your PC. If you have nothing to save then just do a format and clean install when you install Windows 7 and you should be good.
Stay away from the upgrade if you can, always back up your data then do a clean install...

yo i installed it an got it too work
but the vid card is too old cause its looking like shit, an the troubleshooting said my vid card can't support divx 9
an it only got 512mb ram so what did i expect 
you wouldn't happen to know where I can find vista at, maybe that will look better. THis shit is too blownup an blurry looking an i tried to change the resolution but again the graphics card limited me for some reason, the sound ain't working either, its gotta be the sound card, cause i got powered speakers in there an the computer saying its no sound devices

Do your windows update first and Windows 7 will search for the orrect drivers. Same thing happened to my laptop. After installing the OS I had no sound, but after Windows update, the sound was fine.Same applies to the video card.
