Dude got off lightly. I 'saw a video of an Mexican policemen straight kill a bank robber. Right in front a news crew. Well not in front, he pulled the bank robber. Behind a truck, and then proceeded to shoot the victim. At point blank range
I was talking to a friend recently, who told me a story about something that happened to one of his Mexican buddies while driving through Mexico.
Long story short, he said the Mexican police raped him, both of his daughters, and his wife, before cutting off one of his fingers.

Don't get it fuzzy. Police are police everywhere in the world where there is crime.
mexico is a pretty big country. and it's a poor country. that's all the ingredients you need for corruption.
I really want more information on that. People here act like he was targeted politically and assassinated. But I've also heard he was killed over some trashy debts, like alcohol or casino.
