DHS: Drug cartels offering bounties to kill ICE officers

The Department of Homeland Security today said Mexican drug cartels are offering $50,000 to kill federal immigration officers in Chicago. It comes as there’s a new clash there over President Trump’s crackdown on illegal immigration. NBC News’ Gabe Gutierrez reports.
