I love the Mets, but Glavine has thrown us under a bus with that 1st inning fiasco.

He's choked for us before, but never this badly. Hard to believe, he's getting 14 Mil
per for the performances put on.

I haven't given up. It's only the 1st inning and if anybody can come back, the Amazin
Mets can.

Also, this should serve as a lesson to Omar Minaya. Get some real pitching!!
We're on the right track with the youngsters Maine and Pelfrey. Pedro is a
good mentor for them, but to rely on unstable cats like Jorge Sosa and
Perez is not a good gamble.

The pitching completely fell apart down the stretch. Omar spent alot of time
persuing Barry Zito this past offseason, but he is fools gold. Not much better
than Glavine (whose implosion costs the Mets the game today)
