Wow. I never knew this guy was this awful. I honestly think he has a mild case of retardation. The sheer level of idiocy, inarticulation and redundancy of words like "bitch, ho, nigga" made this seem like a parody of some sort. Wow, that was bad guys.

True, just look at the sales. Right now all that's needed is a dope beat and "swagger" which is BS but that's the way it is.
I honestly liked Lil' Wayne's older shit more, especially from C2. C3 is good and I still feel his music, but I feel artists who are lyrically better and have beats that are just as dope along with their "swagger" should be selling big units and having just as much exposure as Wayne. I do as much as I can to support and buy rappers' albums I'm feeling and contacting the radio stations here in LA to play their music but more people want to hear Wayne, T-Pain, etc. so that's what they're gonna get.

Back in the late 80's and 90's things were different. Black Generation X was making a name for itself as young , black, talented, and proud. We were defining Hip Hop Culture, and thus were very intelligent and articulate about what we did, who we were, and took the world by storm.
What do you expect Soulja Boy to talk about? We were defining ourselves as a young black demographic with something to prove. This younger group has little to prove, little to define itself by, and worse....dont care to.
If Wayne's 1.5 milli means that Hip-Hop is alive....we are better off dead...no offense to Wayne, but the message is loud and clear.
