Merge cbr files into One ?

Is there a program that will merge cbr file into one?
I download a series but they are not in reading order ,,
I want to merge many into one in order

use winrar or 7zip and extract the jpegs from the .cbr, put them in order and make your own .cbr with winrar

I downloaded - Marvel Major Events - Dark Reign - from H E R E
They were Not in Reading order ,, So thats what I am doing
