That use to be a mentality. Life experience changes though. I do not believe that any HUMAN is above what I believe myself to be.
But I feel what you're saying though. Just realistically, there are some chicks I can't fuck with.
Sometimes it isnt worth talkin to a woman that want to instigate you liking her by saying "he sliding in my dms". As if approaching a woman is bad. It is annoying more so then embarassing for women to try to brag to other women that you like her
Women use that to cock block you. Being rejected by a random broad that wants to brag to other women how you like her or setting thirst traps to try to brag to her friends .....naw im going to peep you out first
I knew she was a ain't shit bitch when she called it a "burden" that non-black men were too scared to holla at her because she's black. Fuck her and whoever hits her up for advice. She lands her one whiteboy and now she's an expert at bed wenchin'.
Looking at women is my favorite past time, especially big booty women, it puts me in a good mood. So I need to know, who in my surroundings, got that azz.
Just because I look, doesn't mean I want to hit, tho.
But sometimes she catches you lookin', and you gotta play it off from there.
What I do after that is based on two things, really:
Does she want me to look at her ass, is she indifferent about it, or does she not want me to look?
and
Am I interested enough to pursue?
And at this point in my life, for me to pursue, it has to be all green lights. Like she gotta have some shit I just can't stop looking at. And then when she notices me peepin', she smiles, she's cool with it, might even let me look at it some more, and if I feel that strongly about it, I'mma go get that.
And it might be the "easy way" or whatever, but a nigga ain't got time for all that "I'mma make you love me, girl" shit. I'm at the "Is you with the shits or nah?" stage of my life now. I'd just rather be pursuant of someone who welcomes my energy.

Most females by themselves or on a mention don't have time for small talk and if their in groups they look ahead or in the opposite direction so they don't make eye contact,which is ok with me because more likely than not,I'm just taking in the scenery and they just happen to be in it.

Think we live in a culture where women get on social media make a video or vine of them saying nothing just looking in the camera playing in their hair or singing lyrics tova song. So.....to me you want to be stared at

But to topic, I've looked at women before, for all kinds of reasons. Honestly, I've always felt like every woman has at least one compelling feature on her. It might be something large or something small (not necessarily meaning that literally), and sometimes it's just fascinating to see that. I would hope that it doesn't go past the point of being creepy, but still...
Isn't this technically the corollary to guys that approach you for seemingly no reason? Some ladies get weirded out if a guy tries to talk to them out of the blue for no reason. Now it's odd if a guy decides not to approach? Granted, I may be missing something, because like I said, I ain't got time to be watching no two hour video.
One thing i distinctly remember is making eye contact with fat women and making eye contact with atttactive women. Fat women seem to know Better. They dont say "why men give us looks but dont approach"

Making eye contact tells me a lot about a woman. I sometimes like to just stare at a woman to see how she distributes her eye contact. If she makes eye contact with me and looks at something else and then looks ☝. I count how many things or directions she looks in. If she looks up and looks left then the 2nd thing she does is look back in my direction and the third thing she does is look back to where her eye contact initially left to me that indicates you....
I sometimes like staring with the intentions of getting caught. So many times im in the gym and i stare at a woman ass and she looking at me thru a gym mirror as if i dont know she staring at me

In this climate, a man can get labeled as "aggressive" if he approaches a woman and she doesn' want his advances. It's a weird game where the rules are different for each person. So it' safer to just look, or literally wait for your number to be called. I remember the 10 hours of Cat calling through Harlem video. Granted, dudes can get out of hand, but most of that video was just guys saying "Hello". "Hello" got them labeled as aggressive. I feel bad for single guys now a days...to a point.

These days we have to look for a couple of seconds just to make sure it's a real fucking women. Used to be able to tell in a hot second. Not the case these days.
