Unless you can somehow prove to me how Melo caused the Cavs to miss all of those free throws, not to mention all those browned wide open layups. The biggest factor for the Cavs losing goes to themselves not any other player. No team can win games missing that many free throws. But then again they look rusty from the All Star break, layoff. Both LeBron and Melo played a great game, but James had a better overall game, they just lost due to the reason I just mentioned.

The simple formula is this. Both are great players. But only one is a great player at 4 positions, which means you can do more with him.
Lebron can run point ala Magic or if need be run power forward ala Karl malone. You just don't get that from anybody else. Shit is insane.

Melo crossed and dunked on Lebron tonight and got the win. Billups shot the winning shot in Lebrons eye as well. Not saying whos better. one on one play is different then how they play with the team together.
Think about how many assist he would have had, if they didn't drop at least five passes, and blow at least 4 layups. Plus James had a very poor shooting night, by his standards.

(1) When was the last time you took your meds, and (2) how fast do you think Denver would accept a trade for LeBron in exchange for Melo? I say the deal would take about 30 seconds.

They say Melo is a better scorer that is only because Lebron chooses not to be. If lebron looked for self as much as melo does he would be the better scorer.

Let me tell you the diffece between Melo and Bron, James was double and sometimes triple teamed, all game long, while Melo was trapped on a few occasion, but played strait up for most of the game. Once Jamison is in the line up, lets see how other teams play James, if they play one on one

He did dunk on lebron it wasn't like the wade on verajo(spelling) dunk but it was close enough. and yes I stand corrected melo did hit the winning shot. but billups did bust a 3 in lebrons eye too.
Iam not saying whos better but this game Lebron didn't come on top. Dude missed a handful of baskets in last minute of the 4th, missed a free throw and so on.
Lebron is more athletic then Melo without a doubt but being more athletic doesn't always win ball games. Melo has more finess very similar to Kobe.
Yes, you are right, LeBron chocked at the end. Let's ignore the fact he had 24 points in the 4th quarter and OT and that he hit a 3 pointer to tie the game with 48 seconds left in the 4th and got an "and 1" to tie the game with 23 seconds left in OT.
I don't want to take anything away from Melo cuz dude is one of the best in the game. However, there is a difference between being ONE of the best and being THE best, and that's the difference between Melo and the King.
Oh, and your standard for "getting dunked on" is weak. Melo was on a fast break, LeBron tried to track him down, took a swipe from behind and missed. There was no contact and LeBron was coming from behind and didn't even have a good shot at the ball. I guess he got dunked on by your standards though. That play won't even make the highlights on SportsCenter.

i just saw the play where LeBron tried to block Melo and i have to say yes he did dunk on LeBron. if LeBron would've blocked him then it wouldve been another chase down block for him but since he missed then you have to give it to him as him getting dunked on. its just like when Starks went to the hole on Jordan, Grant and Pippen i beleive and Jordan went for the swipe
If you're talking a better scorer then I may tend to agree with you, but if you're talking as a player overall then you're fucking crazy. Melo is nice as what he does and so is Lebron. The difference is that James DOES much more than Melo, night after night.
