Singer Melanie Martinez, who rose to fame competing on season three of NBC’s “The Voice,” has been accused by a former friend of sexual assault. The alleged incident was detailed by Timothy Heller, herself an aspiring musician, who, in a four-part tweet, recounted a night during which she “repeatedly said no” to Martinez’s sexual advances. but I do have several issues with this accusation.

I would like to believe this woman, but the fact that you really don't know when this occurred and that she drops this a month after She "Timothy" decided to go solo and focus on a music career just seems odd. And the Fact that literally Melanie can't defend herself from this. Melanie says that Timothy never said no and Timothy is saying she did.... Since there's no physical evidence and no witnesses..
