Warlock is finally coming to the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Monday afternoon, James Gunn confirmed Black Mirror star Will Poulter will be playing the character in the MCU moving forward.

"As you guys know I often strike down false rumors, so...um...," Gunn said of the rumors popping up over the weekend. "Welcome to the Guardians family, Will Poulter. He's an amazing actor and wonderful guys. See you in a couple weeks. #AdamWarlock #GotGVol3."

Have they though? "WandaVision", "Falcon And The Winter Soldier", "Black Widow", "Loki", "Shang Chi" have all been solid projects. I'm not seeing any "L's".

He is a good character actor. He hasn’t had any major roles, but what small roles he has done, he has done them well.

I remember him from “The Revenant” and “The Yellowbirds”.

He must have done something unique to impress Gunn and others with his audition. It will be interesting to see what he will do with the character with his interpretation.

This is the first time we will we see a live action version of Adam Warlock. He will have all eyes on him when this film is released.

Looking forward to it.
