- Deadly

In court it will be argued that although she was the initial aggressor and on multiple counts is guilty they will also counter that his attacks especially his second attack was excessive and encompassed the ie: I mentioned
above.
Thus he'll be charged and convicted of a higher crime than her.
Problem is if they go after her too it could mess up the case against him
or both.
Thus in historic American justice fashion he'll be run thru the mud and
very possibly convicted and then they'll come after her.
