I don't know who's claiming whether he signed it in person but fax machines were in use back then. Not saying that actually happened but I've moved on from litigating the legitimacy of his will. I'm not the one in the opinion that his family is on some greedy shit. I just think they're fighting a losing fight. Mike wasn't fucking with them when he was alive so its easy for me to accept that he wouldn't be fucking with them after death. His made sure his kids are taken care of. How can I get mad at that?

you have to be present in the location that you declare in the signature. if he was in New York he should have listed New York and also had a Notary Public present for verification purposes. in the scenario you proposed that particular Will would be null and void and the will would revert to the last officially recognized document.

Thats a whole lot of dough and someone is guaranteed to be unhappy.I wouldn't put it past cats to have alot of foul play with that much money on the table.That said,I really didn't read much about Micheal's siblings looking out for him over the years.

With the time difference between the coasts. Mike could have had the documents sent to him, signed and sent back the same day for their signature. The only proof is a video of him with Al. Sharpton but no one has track his whole day on that particular day/weekend. He could have signed his will without anybody other than his lawyers knowing. Think about the stuff you do any given day that nobody knows but you.

Mike if he had any doubt about his future, could have updated his will several times but for reasons known only to him, he didn't. Notice that there are no other wills out there competing against this so called fraud will. As far as mis-management? I think its a huge stretch, the executors, leverage mike tastefully and wiping out his debt. Notice how, the stuff they approve isn't crazy at all. Compare that to what any of the jacksons been doing for the past two years I'd say I'd bet on the executors vice the jackson clan.

They on some bullshit right now and can't keep it together. Everyone is being all cryptic but nobody is saying nothing much. I swear the jacksons invite controversy for never being real. Always on some we "family and we united"... i don't think so.

Who cares about being nice to kids? That's not the duty of adults. If the wrong people are making a lot of money off their brother's estate wrongly, that's something MJ's siblings should be concerned about and trying to correct.
As you pointed out, there's nothing in this for Randy or any others but more of the money ends up with the rightful heirs, who are being cared for by Katherine.
Oh and TJ Jackson. How does he figure into this anyway and how does he escape any of this scrutiny people who won't profit seem to be getting?
