If people put aside whatever's going on in their heads and actually listen to the Jacksons (not anonymous sources) then there are some questions here about the will that could be cleared up rather quickly but the executors seem too willing to engage in silly shit. But they can get away with it because no one knows or sees them but they see and know the Jacksons.

She just had a stroke, how fine could she be? They just had her share custody because she can't handle the stress of maintaining the house and staff and raising three children. Many 82 yr olds are pretty sharp but that doesn't mean Katherine Jackson is. In fact, people her age are the prime targets for all kinds of fraud and we know that.

That's the thing. We don't know what their relationship was. Only siblings really know whats going on with them. The one thing we do know is Michael was a serious drug addict and every one of us who's had an addict in the family knows what kind of hell that can be.
The question I've heard them ask is how Michael signed the will on the 7th if he was in NYC on the 6th, 7th, and 8th in front of witnesses including a press conference with Al Sharpton and Doug E Fresh. It's possible for him to fly back and forth but it's not possible for him to fly back and forth with no one knowing about it.

It's easy to judge the motives of his siblings but if you're going to do that, also take a look at the people who are fighting so hard to keep control of the money. People are currently profitting from it.

I don't know who's claiming whether he signed it in person but fax machines were in use back then. Not saying that actually happened but I've moved on from litigating the legitimacy of his will. I'm not the one in the opinion that his family is on some greedy shit. I just think they're fighting a losing fight. Despite the signature, the will seems about right to me. He didn't trust his brothers to be executors, and its not because he didn't try. The mother is a doormat so she couldn't do it. Those kids best chance is the way things are set up now. Signature be damned, things are the way they should be.

The estate have paid the majority of Michael bills and pretty much will be sent free at the end of year according to law docs. They did a pretty good job. The courts accepted the will and Micharl previously will said the same shit. The family need to stfu and leave the kids alone.
