Just an observation. I'm sick of her lil' narrow ass gyrating in every thread, and I ain't turning off sigs.

With all these sexual harassment cases springing forth this is the ripe timing to angle for new harassment laws or protections for women in the work place. Where the slightest provocation can mean your job. To deter predators and end the locker room boys club atmosphere.
Not only that I think it has to be pretty serious and not just basic flirting. The way they went about this I'm expecting embarrassing allegations (like Louis C.K.) or serious allegations (like Weinstein.)
As a female everyone isn't lying on these guys.

I probably told this on here before, but I worked at this company here in DFW and my first day being introduced there was this brother that said he would be working directly with me on some accounts and he needed my number, and I didn't think anything of it. So it became a after work call and I stopped it, then he started leaving messages on my home phone (tape recorder voice mail days), I addressed it and he continued so I went to HR, but the Director was his friend. She told him but nothing ever came of it. Fast forward he became my boss and I knew it would be a problem. During that time in between all this I started dating the VP which was his boss and he knew about it too.
About year of this, I was getting the most difficult accounts while going through cancer treatments and still working but it was funny to him because as he said "I was getting mines". It's cool, I keep moving because I need to keep busy while going through this. So this white fat nasty chick he's cool with called me out my name, so I called her fat (yes catty), he told HR to give me a suspension, and I refused if she wasn't getting the same thing. So he was adamant it would only be me, and I knew it was his retaliation, well I said I'll resign first. And I did but I knew I had a case.
The guy I was dating (the company VP) was out of town and had no clue of any of the HR mess but heard the tapes, etc. And I was due to meet him out of town that weekend. He had his frat brother here locally take my case and I was paid a hefty amount for wrongful termination.
My point is some times it's friendly flirting, but sometimes people go too far. As far the guy, he ended up with cancer and eventually forced into retirement because of more allegations by others. I use to wish death on him but his karma met him.
There will be many more people who will be fired, some of yall on here probably too because one of yall for sure is disgusting.

We get "sexually harassed" all the time in the work place but we don't really say shit because it doesn't bother us.
Sexual harassment and inappropriate conduct happens just as much to us as it does women with the difference being we think with our dick/ego so we don't say shit.
Moving forward I think we as men are going to have to rethink how we react to this behavior from women in the work place in order to shed light on the opposing side if this.

Yeah right now I have a staff of about 30 people. I can't tell you how many times I've had to talk to dudes at my agency to tell them to leave my staff alone. You want to get laid I'll cool with that but don't fuck with my staff and fuck up my money.
I outright threatened some millennial white boy about it and told him there was nothing he could do because he would have to tell HR that I threatened him because he was sexually harrassing one of my team. I will say this. That woman I helped suddenly became one of my most loyal people.
Yeah I said this is the last thread, you can go back and forth with a woman Monday thru Thursday talking about sex and then on Friday she might be in her feelings and if you say something sexual she will become offended and pretend like those last 4 days never happened. I've seen it happen at work and it has even happened to me in my personal life with women I've been fucking.

I know women are capable of doing their jobs, but the dynamics make for an unnatural work environment. In order to make it work, men have suppress being men, and women have to be protected more than the men.
The same reason men and women have different bathrooms is the same reason why they shouldn't work together.

With that being said tho some dudes gotta chill out, ever since all this stuff started I have been paying more attention at my job and in public how men and women interact with each other. Some dudes act like they can't even have a regular conversation with a woman without trying to make a sexual comment or touch her. Also women gotta understand that the first time you engage in sex talk with a man some will think that gives them the green light to talk that way EVERY TIME you talk to them. An example

I'm outside the gym getting ready to leave, I see a older woman I know pull up and we start talking, another guy comes up and says "whenever I see a woman I like to come up and give her a side hug so she won't think i'm a pervert", he gives her a side hug, when she goes to readjust her jacket he says "ohhh don't be trying to cover up that cleavage", the woman had on a tshirt so I don't even know where the cleavage comment came from. I told asked him how are you gonna say you don't want her to think you're a pervert but then act like one and he's like "ohh she knows i'm just playing". We all talked for about another ten minutes but the whole time he kept trying to make sexual comments and was listening to every word she said to see if he could turn it to that direction
