Mating Standards...

Piggybacking off the "Does Height Matter" thread, I was wondering about people's mating standards. Everybody's balance is different. I never liked big girls (200+), but my ex's personality and our shared interests, made her more attractive than any actress on television. Hell, I worked behind the camera in the adult world at that time, so I had pussy propositions on the DAILY, but never considered succumbing. For my balance, physical isn't as important.

Point is, my balance leans way more toward cerebral/intellectual/personality, while some might put more weight in height, a phat ass showpiece, or finances. What will you sacrifice, and what makes you more excited when the person in front of you is less-than-you pictured, but more than you imagined?

First and foremost the person needs to be able to make me laugh, understand what the fuck i am talking about and maintain a discussion with me. Sex starts in the mind.

^^^I am with you on the laugh. I love a man with a witty sense of humor. That is the biggest thing. In fact, the men I have fell in love with were just the silliest goofs ever...but never cornballish. I can't stand a cornball.

Other than that a strong sense of self, love for family, honesty, dedication to whatever he's doing and devotion to himself and those he holds dear.

I like the way you said that "less than you pictured, more than you imagined"

Being smart smart smart, funny, and a love of animals and nature will make me overlook a lot (except bad dick :hmm: no getting over that).
