A massive, five-alarm fire broke out Wednesday morning at a building under construction in the SouthPark area in south Charlotte. People near the scene are being evacuated from the area and there are reports of a person trapped on a crane.

just a few take aways, im about 35 minutes in. that damn robotic voice is annoying. sounds like they started having collapse about 25 minutes in. also i cant figure out who's in charge. is the crane operator one of the ones who died? seems like they weren't thinking about the workers on the 4th or 6th floor, there was some confusion it seems. i would love to sit on on the critique afterwards.
