What the fuck else gone happen. I don't know shit about there group to even post an opinion rather they are black or not. but you some Niggas with Guns on the side the road out of gas in Massachusetts. You tell me they are not any smarter than that. They actually ran into the right cops.. The average bunch of Racist pigs would have killed them all and fixed the story.. When I read this:
Last November, a Moorish soverign citizen living in Dorchester was arrested at the Ruggles T stop, allegedly while wearing a bullet-proof vest under a jacket with "Security" written on it and packing a loaded pistol, three spare magazines that were also fully loaded and a knife. His case, in Boston federal court, remains pending.

I thought to myself "There is absolutely nothing wrong with what he did. They were afraid of him. That is all there is to that.
As black men, we should all invest in kevlar as well as arm up.

KillaMayne got 3 vests...even though his whole body is made of Kevlar... brah

They were black?I saw this on CNN but ignored it cause I just figured it was some cac in a standoff with the police but I didn't figure it was some black men.

Black people and guns is a good enough reason to do a lot of things unfair but we know this and to give in,give up to see another day is better than resisting and them finishing your story.

They were “black”? This surprises you. You’re not familiar with any of these so-called “Moors”? We have a few of those nuts on this board.

Lol

The nuts are the ones...who are grown adults and don't know the difference between

A fuckin adjective and a noun..

Here let a real Moor loosen them cobwebs in your skull..

Black is an adjective.

It's can never be a PERSON PLACE or thing.

So there is no such thing as black people.

As a description yes because that's what an adjective does..DESCRIBES a noun.

MOOR is a noun it falls under person place or thing..

This is fucking third grade grammar.

But when dealing with you agents

Either you guys are fucking immensely slow as fuck.

Or just remaining loyal to the oaths you took..

Selling out your people for six pence of silver..

Judas kniggas

Kevlar best investment I made before retiring from the military having 1st hand knowledge of what to get and what not to get (most Cacs and militants have the cheap low end shit that's more just for show then anything)
They were black and armed. That will probably always be "illegal" in the eyes of these CACs.
My uncle said the only reason they aren't dead is they probably had better fire power than the pig patrol did, this could have went side wayz real quick.

This happened to me in NYC a few years ago. I used to organize paintball bus rides and we had set up to meet on the west side around 54th Street & 8th Avenue. At that time paintball guns were illegal in NYC so my whole bus ride knew to keep them in a case and outta sight. Most of us had on Army fatigues and some guys were showing their paintball masks to each other outside the bus.

Next thing we notice 3 yellow DT cabs pull up and we all knew it was us they were pulling up on. A few marked cars pulled up after them. I walked up to the first dick head that pulled up and shut him down real quick. “We just going to play paintball, tell all you buddies not to get out their cars it ain’t that serious.” He then gave me some bullshit about people in the neighborhood were scared and thought we was Antifa. I was like dude antifa is usually white, how many whiteboys you see here???? As fast as they pulled up they all took off.

They'll be ok. All those Moors never lose in court because they know the UCC and they are sovereigns and the United States can't exercise control over them. I am sure the judge will be quite astonished when they teach him that they are not subject to United States law and the judge has to cut them lose.

There are very few groups as delusional as "the moors." Black people who are into the "movement" for one thing don't even know the true history of the moors - hint: they weren't Black. Secondly, there is no way in hell the gubment gonna let anybody who's not white do militia-type shit. That is all.

Keep telling yourself that!

Some Moors were Black Africans but…..they weren’t the ancestors of modern-day Black Americans like the nut jobs believe. But you’re right that few groups are as delusional as these “Moorish” groups today.

OK man, You won't admit that you just hate Biden and probably would blame him if the leave fall off the tree in fall season and create a mess.

This is the part I was addressing. ^^^^^

Surprisingly, I have seen athletes perform the same on weed.
Like I said, no drugs can make you run fast but the point about how it can take away nervousness and anxiety can create an advantage.

Damn, saw this yesterday. Didn't even cross my mind that they might have been black, :eek2:

Just read through this read. A couple of the nut jobs are posting in here - giving English lessons and legal advice!

I would ask them to write in Arabic and teach Islamic law, since they claim to be “Moors”, but that will only confuse them.:D

State Police and the Middlesex Count District Attorney's office report that ten adults and a teenarger were charged with a variety of gun charges for the standoff that shut Rte. 128 in Wakefield and sent nearby residential areas into lockdown for several hours yesterday.
The 11 members of Rise of the Moors, from Rhode Island, the Bronx, Baldwin, NY and Detroit, were each charged with eight counts of unlawful possession of a firearm and unlawful possession of ammunition, use of body armor in commission of a crime, possession of a high-capacity magazine, improper storage of firearms in a vehicle and conspiracy to commit a crime, authorities say.
Authorities say the heavily armed men, in two vehicles told troopers they were traveling from Rhode Island to Maine for "training." According to State Police and the DA's office:
None of the men, who were dressed in military fatigues and body armor and were armed with long guns and pistols, has a license to carry firearms. Troopers have recovered eight firearms thus far: three AR-15 rifles; two pistols; a bolt-action rifle; a shotgun; and a short barrel rifle.
Two of the adults refused to identify themselves, authorities say.

Some Defendants Involved In Massachusetts Standoff Ordered Held Without Bail

Some of the 11 people charged in connection with an armed standoff along Interstate 95 in Massachusetts last weekend, including the purported leader of the group, refused to cooperate with court authorities during their arraignments Tuesday.
Jamhal Tavon Sanders Latimer, 29, also known as Jamhal Talib Abdullah Bey, told the judge: “I don’t understand how these charges can be brought against me.”

Latimer, a former U.S. Marine from Providence, Rhode Island, waived his right to an attorney, but the judge said she would have a lawyer speak to him about this rights before the next hearing in the case.
Not guilty pleas were entered on behalf of all the defendants, who were held without bail pending a hearing Friday to determine whether they are dangerous.
The first to appear, Quinn Cumberlander, 40, of Pawtucket, told the judge in a courtroom with a heavy security presence he was a “foreign national” who cannot face criminal charges, and said he did not want a defense attorney.
Cumberlander invoked his Second Amendment right to bear arms, said the case should be heard in federal court, and said he meant no harm.
“We didn’t want to cause fear. I object to being held without bail. I am not a threat to society or anybody," he said in court.

Another defendant, Robert Rodriguez, 21, of the Bronx, New York, asked that a fellow defendant serve as his attorney but the judge noted the man is not a licensed lawyer.
He also refused to be interviewed by Probation.
“I was seen by a probation officer," Rodriguez said. “But I did not commit a crime.”
A third defendant, who has refused to identify himself to authorities, told the judge he was a “free Moor."
The judge ruled he had waived right to counsel, then ordered him out of the courtroom to watch proceedings on Zoom because he kept interrupting her.
The defendants, 10 men and a 17-year-old juvenile, say they are members of a group called Rise of the Moors. Several of their supporters were also in court, while others watched remotely, sometimes interrupting.

They face several charges including unlawful possession of a firearm and ammunition and the use of body armor in commission of a crime, in connection with the standoff that started early Saturday morning on I-95 in Wakefield.
State police say they recovered three AR-15 rifles, two pistols, a bolt-action rifle, a shotgun and a short-barrel rifle.
The standoff began when a State Police trooper stopped to offer assistance to the vehicles he found on the side of the highway that were refueling.
The men, who were dressed in military fatigues and body armor and were armed with long guns and pistols, did not have licenses to carry firearms in Massachusetts, police said.
They told police they were traveling from Rhode Island to Maine to conduct what they called “training.”
Some of the defendants ran into the woods along the highway, leading to a standoff that lasted several hours and prompted the closure of the busy highway on a holiday weekend.

The Southern Poverty Law Center says the Moorish sovereign citizen movement is a collection of independent organizations and individuals that emerged in the 1990s as an offshoot of the antigovernment sovereign citizens’ movement. People in the movement believe individual citizens hold sovereignty over, and are independent of, the authority of federal and state governments.
The vast majority of Moorish sovereign citizens are African American, according to the SPLC.
On the Rise of the Moors website, however, they say they are not sovereign citizens, but the original sovereigns of the U.S. based on a 1789 letter from George Washington to the sultan of Morocco.
Those arrested Saturday were identified as Latimer; Cumberlander; Rodriguez; Wilfredo Hernandez, also known as Will Musa; Alban El Curraugh; Aaron Lamont Johnson, also known as Tarrif Sharif Bey; Lamar Dow; Conrad Pierre; a 17-year-old juvenile; and two who have refused to identify themselves, state police said.

They ALL are now in a unique position to test Moorish law and their sovereign ideologies in a US court.
Fuck the preaching, it's go time.

Let's see how this goes down.
Whatever side the flips coin, it's going to be a valuable lesson learned.

Saw this story during the standoff and they said then that they were not claiming to be sovereign citizens. But when in court, some members appear to be invoking just that.

A man should stand by his word and deed.

Looking at the news of who was on arrest, these were not all wolly headed brothers.

Leader of heavily armed 'militia' driving on 128 says Second Amendment gives them the right to protect Maine from foreign invasion

By adamg on Wed, 09/15/2021 - 1:10pm
The leader of the group of heavily armed Moorish sovereign citizens who held an hours-long stand off on Rte. 128 in July is suing over his arrest and continuing lockup - and is demanding $1,000 a day in recompense for his time behind bars plus written apologies from Charlie Baker, Maura Healey and the troopers who put him in cuffs for what he claims is a violation of his and his fellow gun slingers' Second Amendment rights.
In a handwritten complaint filed in US District Court in Boston - one of three filed by Moorish sovereign citizens against Massachusetts this week - Jamhal Talib Abdullah Bey of Providence, formerly known as Jamhal Lattimer, cites a bevy of cases from outside New England and one case involving stun guns in Massachusetts that he says protects the rights of armed militias to pack weapons to protect themselves and that his group should never have been questioned, let alone arrested, in Wakefield while on their way from their Providence headquarters to Maine for training on the "large capacity firearms" they had with them.
He claims these rulings protect the rights of militias like his to prepare for "a foreign invasion from the Northern States, or an act of domestic terrorism in the northern States, such as Maine" and that Massachusetts's strict gun-control laws, which outright ban certain types of automatic weapons:
[C]ould and clearly does have a direct negative effect and impact on the response time, ability, effectiveness and efficiency of any militia trying to help the situation if said militias had to either: travel around Massachusetts, adding at least an additional 7 hours of travel, plus gas, or somehow, during foreign invasion or terrorism, unload their firearms, apply for an FID card, wait for approval and destroy or trade in their standard and high capacity magazines before the militiamen can ever do their job in protecting the Constitution Union. No military organization will ever burden itself in that manner, the former nor the latter.

He claims that a federal court decision created a legal definition of an acceptable militia - that its members wear uniforms, have a chain of command, open-carry weapons and practice with their weapons - just like he and his fellow Rise of the Moors members were doing, or trying to do when stopped. In fact, the case he cites involved a Lebanese man brought to the US to face charges after he and members of a Lebanese militia hijacked a plane with American passengers on board. In its ruling, the court was not defining a militia under the Second Amendment but describing how the man and his fellow militiamen boarded and then hijacked a plane getting ready for takeoff from Beirut's airport.
Bey also cites the 2008 Heller decision in which the Supreme Court recognized that the Second Amendment grants people the right to own guns for self protection.
However, he seems to have missed two recent decisions in federal court in Massachusetts that hold that even the Heller decision has limits and that there's a limit to what can be considered weapons for "self protection."
In 2019, US District Court Judge Allison Burroughs - who was assigned Bey's case - ruled that while Heller means states can no longer totally ban all weapons, they can still place restrictions on them, including enacting requirements that gun owners must first obtain a license. She noted that Heller was not absolute, that it allows governments to ban gun ownership by the mentally ill or people with prior gun convictions. Burroughs cited a 2017 case in which the US Court of Appeals for the First Circuit - which covers Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Maine, Rhode Island and Puerto Rico - upheld the right of Massachusetts towns to set requirements for gun ownership.
Just two days after Burroughs' ruling, the appeals court ruled Massachusetts could bar specific types of assault weapons because they go way beyond the "self protection," as defined by the Supreme Court, that nobody needs a gun that can fire 10 or more rounds in rapid succession to protect themselves. The court contrasted the weaponry with the small stun guns the Supreme Court ruled Massachusetts could not ban, because they can be used for self protection without threatening the lives of large numbers of people at once.
The record contains ample evidence of the unique dangers posed by the proscribed weapons. Semiautomatic assault weapons permit a shooter to fire multiple rounds very quickly, allowing him to hit more victims in a shorter period of time. LCMs [large-capacity magazines] exacerbate this danger, allowing the shooter to fire more bullets without stopping to reload. ... It is, therefore, not surprising that AR-15s equipped with LCMs have been the weapons of choice in many of the deadliest mass shootings in recent history, including horrific events in Pittsburgh (2018), Parkland (2018), Las Vegas (2017), Sutherland Springs (2017), Orlando (2016), Newtown (2012), and Aurora (2012).
Unusual for a complaint by a Moorish sovereign citizen, Bey, a former Marine, concludes his complaint by avowing he is a "proud American" - typically, they will say they are, in fact, citizens of Morocco not subject to American laws. Bey does state, after saying he is American, that he is also "a Moroccan citizen."
Complete complaint (3.3M PDF).

Federal judge has had enough of Moorish sovereign-citizen frivolity

A federal judge in Boston yesterday dismissed an effort by one of the people involved in that armed standoff on Rte. 128 to move his case to federal court, declaring that his argument that he is a "Moor" not subject to Massachusetts criminal law is bunk, or in legal terms, "frivolous."

Tariff Sharif Bey, a Detroit, MI man formerly known as Aaron Lamont Johnson, remains locked up at an Essex County jail in Middleton in lieu of $100,000 bail following his arrest along Rte. 128 in Wakefield after an armed standoff with State Police. The ten men and one teenager were charged with various violations of Massachusetts guns laws as they drove from Rhode Island to armed "training" in Maine.
