Marvel Comics heads...what, if anything is interesting about this cover?

Ummm....
They have Elektra in her old costume, when she's nowadays the second Daredevil.
Doc Doom is now the Sorcerer Supreme & he's also dressed a little different. But that's more recent, so I can see it not being reflected here.
Same thing with Miles Spidey, he's now a vampire & has a different costume. But although it hasn't been recent, it's early enough that it probably wouldn't be reflected in the book (giving books like this usually have a 8-12 month delay on real time data).
