I think thats what makes marvel comics great; their heroes and villains go back and forth between the to; also they more human like as well and relatable; and yes they win and lose; some win more than others though lol

Yeah, that neverending struggle is pretty normal for comics. The only hero who I can think of who routinely kills his enemies is Punisher. The rest just temporarily defeat them allowing them come back.
Movies, of course, have limitations that comics don't since they have to tell a complete story in the time allotted. Of course, they can always do a cliffhanger ending showing that the villain is still alive but even then they usually still show the villain being defeated just not dead.
Some of these comics need to be turn into good animations; streaming is providing a good source for that! and yes cant do it exactly like it; thats why the MCU was is so amazing; how they combine things to make these movies is amazing! and they are the only ones getting the comics right
