didn't believe me when i told u avery sucks and talks out both sides of his mouth... he even pissed off troy murphy....nets go nowhere with avery as coach and that's gonna cost them big down the line...players don't like avery.... but also the nets did too much talking for a 12 win team....starting with the lebron thing all that talking bout how they gonna run ny and shit putting up the billboard outside of the garden was bush league then ur owner says he wants the nets to be the lakers and expects to do so very soon....but then they keep tryin to get melo even tho melo doesn't want them and to get melo they gotta give up everything and cap space

....billy king and avery need to go b/c the nets will not do anything long as those 2 are in charge...trust me my team has its fair share of bad leadership but look what happened soon as we got good leaders.... and we have a plan H2O was just named assistant gm and is next in line to lead... no one can tell the nets have a plan even this season...all y'all did was talk about winning and turning knick fans into net fans and coming to bk and taking over ny...if ur gonna bring a losing team to bk u might as well stay in nj or do an about face and go to louisville of kansas city and build a fanbase there like the thunder did in Oklahoma b/c coming into knicks town with a reborn winning knicks franchise just wont work...

my prediction if the nets don't win in 2 season the owner sells the team b4 the bk move...dude doesn't seem the type who will tolerate losing and his money wont buy him players...

Cuban still sounds bitter he gave up Devin Harris and 2 1st round picks for Kidd and has had shit to show for it but 1st round exits.

So why might Cuban saying such a thing? Here's one possibility: Cuban is still paying a big part of Avery Johnson's contract. Johnson and his two lead assistants, Sam Mitchell and Larry Krystkowiak, are all still being paid on their head coaching deals with the Mavericks, Raptors and Bucks, respectively. Coaches’ contracts typically have off-set clauses. If they're fired and then get new jobs, what they get from their old teams is reduced--offset--by whatever they get from their new employers. The Nets have never disclosed what they are paying those three...and how much their old teams are still paying them.

But Johnson's old contract with Cuban called for him to get $4+ million from the Mavs this season. So, it's possible, even likely, the Nets are paying Johnson a small fraction of that amount and letting Cuban pick up the rest of the tab. Perhaps that’s why Cuban is giving his Russian counterpart some grief. He's still paying Johnson!

Had the pleasure of dining with a Russian executive from Lukoil with a friend who works for Halliburton a couple of years ago. Basically said that most of the bigger companies in Russia are partly or outright owned by the mob. Said that Putin had major connects to the mafia as well...i wouldn't be surprised if Prokhorov is connected as well.

I keep the Dallas faithful we had to rebuild. Cuban isn't rich enough to pay them tax fines outta pocket. We don't have a tv deal to absorb the blow either...Cuban was forced to rebuild. It sucks seeing Chandler ball in NYC, but we couldn't give him that deal going into the new CBA.
