one involving a 3.4 million dollar loan from Citizens Bank
the other involving a million dollar loan from the bank of . .California, where he was accused of doctoring a profit and loss statement.

Doesn’t matter... that appeal is coming.
Both sides have good Appealable issues... if that Judge would have just shut the fuck this would have been easy... but I think his interjection about Gates being a thief is going to come back on him. It’s really hard to say that his comments didn’t have an impact on the jury.
There are other issues like his rushing through evidence and his questionable denial of a couple motions. I think the appeal is going to be as interesting as the trial.
What's he looking at as far as time?
Like 240 years off the 8 charges. All 18 charges was over 300 years

Nah he serves 90% if the time in Federal prison. Unlike state.
Also the longest charge carries 30 years. So he’s in for bout 26.
They got him on eight so he’s not going anywhere plus that damn Judge muddle the water too much. But still eight is very good for the federal government

They got him on the main counts... this shit was enough.. especially the tax fraud and especially the bank fraud. This is the pattern that the Feds are trying to set up.
The kicker here though.. is that even if they when the appeal.. there is no way that they are retrying this. No fucking Way.. ... if they won on Appeal Manafort is taking a deal.
He is probably pissing himself that the didn’t take a deal prior to the trial.

If they don’t appeal or if it’s denied.. Manaforts teams is going to try and work out a sentencing proposal with the feds. You definitely want a deal worked out on the Washington trial first because you don’t want to get slapped with a consecutive sentence on fed time. Mainly because your points will be jacked up.. meaning that no only will you be in jail but you will be denied access to a lot of programs because of the backend sentence.
So Manafort is going to want to work out a deal with Prosecutors where they would suggest a split sentence ...
But for prosecutors to accept a deal ... Manafort is going to have to give up something. Right now there is no reason for the Feds to give a deal... they already got him.
So if Manafort pleads out in the Washington case or they work on a agreed sentencing proposal in this case..
