All depends on your position but the technique is the same.


You always want a good grip on the lever before and after you pull the pin (if it comes off, you have 5 seconds before it detonates). Immediately after that thing leaves your hand, GET DOWN! Don't try to see where it goes. You should be able to deploy from standing, kneeling and prone.

You hook em like and stay down until they detonate. Only come up after they blow, not before.
