Man Attacks Airline Employee After Exiting Plane...

Salute to them sisters for trying to defuse the situation but if any of them were my people I'd cuss they asses out for putting themselves in harms way for a job like that. If they coworker didn't wanna fight he coulda just ran away.
Did they put themselves in harms way for a job or for one of their fellow coworkers (possibly friend, etc...)?
I'm sure if one of them was your peoples and was being attacked and no one help them. You'd be upset about that.

Dude was down to fight after he got hit. Sistas did a good job from stopping the fight 'cause dude would have lost his job.

He was just escorted / kicked off the plane for unruly behaviour... I'm surprised that security didn't escort him off the airport seeing that he was previously being aggressive.

A man was arrested at Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport in Atlanta Tuesday after he punched a Southwest Airlines employee, according to police.

Social media video of the incident shows Courtney Drummond shouting as he approaches a counter, and punching an employee. The video also shows several employees intervening.

In a statement, the Atlanta Police Department said Drummond refused to comply with flight attendants as a Southwest flight was being taxied from the gate to the tarmac.

Police said Drummond was asked to leave the flight after the plane was forced to return to the gate due to his "aggressive behavior."
"After Mr. Drummond was escorted off of the plane, he threatened a Southwest Gate agent several times and ultimately assaulted him," police said.

Drummond was arrested on charges of simple battery, battery, and obstruction, and was taken to the Clayton County Jail.

"Southwest Airlines has zero tolerance for any type of assault against our Employees or Customers," the statement said. "As a result of this inexcusable attack, the individual has been banned from flying with Southwest Airlines," Southwest Airlines said in a statement.

Southwest Airlines also commended the actions of their employees "who responded to protect their colleagues during this unacceptable event," and thanked law enforcement for their response.

Drummond's mother, Gwendolyn Foster, confirmed to CNN her son is still in custody in Georgia, and apologized for the incident.

"My heart goes out to everyone, the staff at Southwest -- they are in my prayers. I'm sorry this happened and this was caused by him," Foster said. "He comes from a godly family. My husband is a pastor of a church here."
Foster said the family is sorry and "very hurt" by the incident.

"I pray in due time that God will heal all wounds and let's move forward and continue to love each other as God loves us," Foster said.
According to the Clayton County Jail log, Drummond is being held on three charges, and his bonds equal $10,000 with $1,600 in fees.
After the lawyer fees, bond, fines he's gonna regret that fade.

Imagine being a grown man with ZERO impulse control willing to risk it all to fight an AIRLINE employee.

To be on FEDERAL papers as a known dickhead. Unable to fly for the rest of your life because you can't control your emotions like a 5 year old.

Just damn the consequences, lets fight! :smh:

White blouse, beige pants. j/s

BTW, they should throw the TSA, HLS charges at his ass. Mofos tense af anyway on flights. Nobody needs this type of shit.

He doesn't give two fucks about none of that because all one of those red shirts had to do was shout "PROBATION OR PAROLE?" and Mr.Fade would of been running his tough ass up out of one of those exit doors.

Man, a lawyer friend told me the same thing, when I was talking about beating somebody's ass.

He was like...is it worth 10 grand? Cuz that's about how much it might cost you..

Made a nicca pause
At least you have an honest lawyer friend. That shit add up fast. And you have to have a paid lawyer on this one because it’s a possible Fed charge, on a weekend….geezus christ. They probably gave him bail at the county but the Feds were waiting for transfer because they got jurisdiction over Hartsfield. He’s not looking at prison prison, but it’s gonna cost him big time.

I wish the employee would have got a chance to knock his ass out.

Dude was winded and hot after 30 seconds of wolfing and sucker punching somebody behind a desk.

Jobs are plentiful, homie should have knocked that nigga out for a parting gift.

He faded alright...

This is why you will never find me on a southwest, frontier, spirit, or any other budget airline terminal.
I know I’m in the far minority here but I’ve never had issues with Spirit or Frontier and I used to fly them across the country back in the early 2000’s. Used to always get that cheap ass “Big Seat” upgrade and flew with no problems.

Southwest though … that was a whole different story. They used to have ALL the drama.

Guess the tables have turned with time.

I keep telling y'all mental illness will be the final nail in the coffin for all of us!

Nothing rational. Nothing worth standing on. Just pure batshit crazy! :smh:

I hope dude gets the help he needs and doesn't hurt anybody else. I also hope they take him to a barber so he can get that fade...

Iono.

One of my first clients, I got to know him well, cuz his loan took forever to close...was a sky marshall.

That mofo made over a hundred k and told me 99% of the time he sat in first class chilling....that was before folks started wildin on planes.

I was referring to the quality (i.e. security protocol) of the airline. It's budget AF.

So dude just gets escorted off the plane for aggressive behavior (not arrested ) and allowed to just wander in the terminal and assault an employee.
Da fuck?

I heard the TSA staff women yell she called police security 911 over 10 minutes earlier.

THEY need to be held accountable too.

^^^^

And that was all ego

I understand and respect it

But imagine if after that one punch...

Instead of trying to fight?

He decided to THINK?

He had "bumped" his head on the counter and was "unresponsive "?

imagine the lawsuit for not only the attacker but the airport security police etc

And the workers comp?

@4 Dimensional silly humans.
