So bought this $120 magnavox blu ray player from wal mart back in jan. last night i was foolin with it cause the netflix wasnt loading right. So I updated the software on the player now the Apps dont work at all ... i called Magnavox up and they didnt know what the hell they were talkin bout. talking bout Since I updated the software I have to update my own personal router for the internet in order to DL the apps right. 
then they sent me to the warranty section and they were talkin bout since i updated the software via wireless and not wired, I cant return it Does any one know how to return a blu ray player back to its original factory settings? every time i do it in the settings, it still resets it with the updated software. this is the first and last time i buy a magnavox. only bought it cause it was cheap, someone help
